Welcome to Great Chishill Windmill Trust CIO
A not-for-profit organisation and registered charity dedicated to saving our windmill

The windmill at Chishill is one of only seven open trestle postmills in the UK. In 2011 it was in urgent need of restoration to save it from collapse and preserve it for future generations.

Great Chishill Windmill Trust now has this in hand.
Windmill Open Days
Did you realise that the windmill is open for tours every other Sunday during the summer? No need to book, just turn up 10:00 to 16:00 on the following Sundays
3 July, 17 July, 7 August, 21 August,
4 September, 18 September
